For the Parents

We are excited to provide safe quality gymnastics instruction to your child. In order to maximize each child’s potential, we ask you to kindly follow some guidelines:

Punctuality:

Please bring your child to class at least 5 minutes before class begins. Please pick up your child promptly as we cannot supervise children after class nor monitor their safety.

Parents in class:

For parents who will view the class, we ask that you please remain in the LOBBY area. Again, allow us to emphasize our focus on safety and focus for the children. Children can sometimes be tired, cranky, angry, moody or require special attention. We understand the nature of childhood yet we askthat you be available to remove your child from the class should he/she is;

  • Not following instructions,

  • Fighting with other class members,

  • Crying, screaming or yelling (that is also traumatic for the other kids)

Once calmed down, your child can be brought back to complete the class. You are responsible for being with your child if any disruption occurs. We ask that each child has a basic understanding of the English Language in order to keep safety for your child and other students

Medical and Other:

Please inform us of any medical condition your child may have, students with Aspergers’s or ADHD or Special Needs are welcome physical and psychological. It helps usevaluate how to work with them for optimum potential.

Hand Spotting/ Physical Contact:

Gymnastic training requires teachers to touch, hold and “hand spot” your children for safety as they learn the Gymnastics Progressions. We ask all parents to sign a consent form along with a release form.
